Construction related classes available tuition free to employees of GBCA members and IAP (Industry Advancement Program) contributors. Classes are offered at the areas most respected learning institutions and are tailored towards personnel in both the office and field.

Supervisory Training Program (STP)
GBCA is committed to the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Supervisory Training Program (STP) that prepares carpenter journeymen for supervisory positions in the field.
Charter High School For Architecture + Design (CHAD)
GBCA supports young people entering the broad field of design and construction. To this end we are sponsor of the CHAD school in center city Philadelphia.
ACE Mentor Program of Eastern PA
Career directions for students in architecture, construction & engineering. ACE's mission is to engage, excite and enlighten high school students to puruse careers in the integrated construction industry through mentoring and support their continued advancement in the industry through scholarships and grants.
Mercy Vocational School
Mercy Vocational High School's primary purpose is to provide a values-based education to students whose educational and career goals are best served by a quality, comprehensive career and techical/academic secondary school program. Students acquire marketable skills that enable them to enter a career vocation immediately or pursue post-secondary education. GBCA is proud to support their Building Trades Academy.
