During Women’s History Month, GBCA’s Director of Public Affairs, Erin Dwyer Harvard, was recognized by two members of Philadelphia City Council for her outstanding contributions to GBCA and the Philadelphia community. Council President Johnson presented Erin with a citation acknowledging her advocacy efforts and her emergence as a rising star in Philadelphia’s government space.

Councilmember Katherine Gilmore Richardson also honored Erin by presenting her with the “Living Legends” award. Having worked with Erin since her early days as a City Council intern, Councilmember Gilmore Richardson celebrated Erin’s growth—not only as a dedicated advocate but also as a mentor to the next generation. She highlighted Erin’s success in a non-traditional field and recognized her impact and leadership in Philadelphia’s union construction industry.

Congratulations, Erin!
