BAM Electrical Contracting, in partnership with Turner Construction and the Girl Scouts of Central & South Jersey is hosting Girls Rewire the Industry—a free, hands-on event designed to introduce girls in grades 6–12 to the electrical trade and the broader world of construction careers. Created to inspire and educate future tradeswomen, the event will feature interactive stations covering communications, pipe bending, wiring, and estimating—all led by experienced women electricians. Participants will gain firsthand experience in real jobsite activities, learn about career pathways in the electrical field, and see how skilled trades offer high-paying, in-demand opportunities without the burden of college debt.
