INTECH Construction, Inc. has completed the first phase of its Quadrangle project at the University of Pennsylvania, just in time for students to move in for the 2024 fall semester. The project involved a range of renovations and upgrades, including brick repointing, installation of new slate roofs with copper flashing, window replacements, and chimney rebuilds.
In addition to these exterior improvements, INTECH carefully integrated new elevators into the historic structure, refreshed student rooms and bathrooms, revitalized common areas, and upgraded the critical infrastructure systems that keep the Quadrangle running smoothly.
