Intech Construction is proud to partner with the University of Pennsylvania and VITETTA (now part of DRG Architects) on the restoration of the iconic Anne and Jerome Fisher Fine Arts Library. Designed by world-renowned Philadelphia architect Frank Furness and completed in 1891, this National Historic Landmark stands as one of the most celebrated examples of Victorian architecture in the country.

This extensive exterior renovation will preserve the building’s red sandstone, terracotta, and brick façade—ensuring it remains a defining feature of College Green for generations to come. Work includes masonry cleaning and repair, repointing, roof and window restoration, and the careful conservation of historic leaded glass.
