The Women in Nontraditional Careers (WINC) Trades Readiness Program is excited to host practice mock interviews for its Fall cohort, and invites industry professionals to participate in this valuable opportunity enhance interview skills.
Participants in the mock interviews will work alongside WINC and FTI staff to evaluate candidates on employment ethics, work and life experience, knowledge of the trades, commitment to apprenticeships, leadership potential, and interview preparedness.

WINC’s Trades Readiness Program equips women with the skills and knowledge to pursue careers in construction, manufacturing, and transit. Through its partnership with the Finishing Trades Institute of the Mid-Atlantic Region, WINC provides participants with education, mentorship, safety training, and job application assistance, preparing them for successful careers in the trades.
