Essentials of Project Management
September 24 – October 29, 2019 (hybrid in-person and online course)
Aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – Sixth Edition, the Essentials of Project Management course offers you a critical introduction to the practice of project management, blending theory with practical examples and case studies. Throughout the course, you will be taught fundamental project management concepts designed to give you the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to become a better project manager, leader and team member.
PMP Exam Preparation
September 5 – December 5, 2019 (in-person course)
The PMP® Exam Preparation is a campus course designed for experienced project managers to enhance their knowledge of and skills in the field. Students will gain insight into the structure, grading system, and study strategies required for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam. Through this program students will explore the five process groups and 10 knowledge areas addressed in the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
