GBCA recognizes the importance of continuous learning and career development for all its member companies and their employees. In line with this commitment, we are implementing the Construction Fundamentals Tuition Reimbursement Program. This program aims to incentivize and support our members in pursuing further education by offering reimbursement for successfully completed courses.

Eligibility:

• Active and Associate members of the organization in good standing, who contribute to an industry advancement program administered by GBCA are eligible to participate.
• Non-member IAP contributors may also apply.
• Grade Requirement: Participants must achieve a grade of B or higher to qualify for reimbursement.

Reimbursement Process:

• Participants are required to pay for the course upfront. Once the course is completed, they will submit their course details and proof of completion to the designated GBCA staff member for review.
• Upon verification of successful completion and attainment of a grade of B or higher, reimbursement will be processed.
• GBCA members will be reimbursed 100% of the course fee.
• Non-member IAP contributors will be reimbursed an amount equivalent to the reimbursement for GBCA members, ranging from $475 to $575.

Program Limitations:

• The Construction Fundamentals Reimbursement Program will have a set annual budget allocated by the organization.
• Reimbursement will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is exhausted.
• Reimbursement Limits: Member companies and IAP contributors are limited to two reimbursements per year to ensure equitable distribution of funds.

Application Timeline:

1. Course Registration: Register and pay for the course on GBCA’s Online Learning page.
2. Course Completion: Complete the course and receive your final grade.
3. Submit Application: If you’ve received a grade of B or higher, and are within the program limits, complete and submit the application for reimbursement.
4. Submission Deadline: You must submit your application and required documentation to GBCA within two weeks after receiving your final grade.
5. Reimbursement Processing: GBCA will review your application and final grade and will send your reimbursement check within two months of course completion.
