On October 15, 2019, GBCA’s Active Members and invited guests gathered for dinner with the Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters at the Down Town Club in Philadelphia.
KML Carpenters Executive Secretary-Treasurer William (Bill) C. Sproule and Assistant Executive Secretary-Treasurer Mike Hand addressed the group, discussing the state of union construction in the Philadelphia Region.
