EDA Contractors is excited to announce the appointment of Adam Morse as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This newly created executive-level position is designed to advance EDA’s growth and marks a significant milestone in its journey as a leader in the construction industry.
As COO, Morse will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from estimating and bidding to project completion and post-delivery performance assessment. He will optimize project scheduling, manage budgetary and resource allocations, and leverage his financial acumen to assess and enhance project-specific financial outcomes.
Morse brings over twenty years of leadership experience to his role, including an exemplary track record with over seven years in the US Army and an impressive tenure at PPL Electric Group, where he spent the last eleven years. In his most recent position as Director of Operations, Morse consistently demonstrated his ability to drive projects, inspired high-performance teams, and effectively managed complex operations.
With his strategic mindset and hands-on management Morse will play a vital role in EDA’s growth, operational excellence, and commitment to serving its customers.
