Demolition has begun on the 33-year-old, seven-story office building in Cherry Hill. Geppert Bros., Inc. is performing the demolition.

The 115,000 square foot structure at 2235 W. Marlton Pike has stood vacant ever since Subaru moved its US headquarters into a new Camden facility in April 2018. That project included a headquarters building and training center for Subaru’s 500 local employees.

Subaru says the demolition is scheduled to conclude in June and they plan to recycle about 75% of the materials at the site.
