A rising star in the construction risk management industry, Sarah Garner has been named Vice President, Client Services at MRG Construction Risk Management. In her role, Sarah oversees and manages insurance programs for some of the premiere construction companies in the Philadelphia area.

She is a staunch advocate for clients, determining their risks, structuring insurance programs, and negotiating on their behalf at the King of Prussia-based company that specializes in turning insurance into an asset for middle market construction companies.

Promoting from within is key to our long-term business strategy, and for team members who want to grow with us, the possibilities are endless. Sarah is a real team player with a talent and passion for construction risk management.  She is very deserving of this promotion to Vice President.

Ron Ebert, CEO, MRG Construction Risk Management

Sarah holds a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation from the International Risk Management Institute. She joined the MRG team in 2017 from a top-100 insurance broker where she worked in the Wrap-Up division.

An active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Philadelphia chapter, Sarah is serving as head of the 2022 MyWIC volunteer committee and on the planning committee for the MyWIC Camp —a free six-day summer camp that introduces Philadelphia area girls to careers in construction.

People don’t talk enough about women and construction. There are many wonderful opportunities both for females who are college bound, and those who are not. The glass ceiling in construction is being broken. I’m grateful that MRG supports my involvement in NAWIC, and the careers of women in construction.
