Edward Seglias, Partner at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC, has joined AISC as general counsel, replacing David Ratterman, who recently retired after 30 years as AISC’s general counsel.
With more than 25 years of experience, Seglias is a highly regarded trial lawyer, noted for his wealth of experience in construction disputes. He has successfully tried numerous multi-million dollar construction and commercial litigation cases nationwide, including many jury trials.
AISC’s president Charlie Carter is looking forward to what the future holds. “I’m excited to be working with Ed and Cohen Seglias to meet the challenge of succeeding David Ratterman, who has served AISC for nearly a third of our history.”
