GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council (CLC) pulled out all the stops to make the 2018 holiday season a happy one for all Philadelphians. In 2018, the CLC contributed to Philabundance and Northern Children’s Services, providing food, toys, and supplies for Philadelphians in need.
