GBCA is proud to present a Microsoft Project Professional online course. This 4-session, two week course will be online and will run from September 11 – 20.
Microsoft Project Professional is the industry leading Project Management tool in the construction world, and understanding how to use it is vital to every construction professional. This class will cover all the tools a Project beginner needs, from developing project schedules, assigning resources, and editing timelines, all the way through sharing and outputting the Project for real-world use/update. The class will address concepts of Critical Path Methodology, setting Milestones, and updating timetables and workloads throughout the Project lifecycle.

Session 2: Schedule and Resources
Session 3: Timelines and Deadlines
Session 4: Project Output
