Earlier this year, Philadelphia City Council President Darrell Clarke and Councilman Derek Green formed the Special Committee on Regulatory Review and Reform. The committee serves as a vehicle to clean up the city’s archaic regulations with the hope of streamlining the regulatory environment that has hindered business growth for years.
GBCA is a member of the development and contracting subcommittee because of our involvement in industry legislative matters in city hall.
