NAWIC Philadelphia Chapter 145 is hosting a panel discussion about how women are shaping the construction industry today.

Women now make up 9.1% of the construction industry workforce in the US. Come hear from Colleen Mills, Senior Project Manager for Clemens Construction Company, Karla Wursthorn, Senior Estimator for TN Ward Company, and Layla Bibi, Tradeswoman Carpenter, as they discuss opportunities and challenges for women in today’s construction industry.

 

 

Philadelphia Chapter 145

The Philadelphia Chapter 145 of the National Association of Women in Construction was charted in 1967 by 28 women who sought to enhance their knowledge of the construction industry. Now in its 50th year the Philadelphia chapter covers the great Philadelphia area with members and companies representing different aspects of the construction industry.
