GBCA and our partners in the unions are the stewards of our local construction market and as such we have a duty to ensure that every agreement not only confirms the fair compensation of labor today but the prosperity of the industry tomorrow. It is our hope that by working with the International Union of Plasterers Local 592 we may be able to come to an agreement that both fairly increases the wages for the members of Local 592 and updates the agreement in a way that ensures a competitive construction market for the employers on which the members of local 592 rely.
