Maura is the General Manager of Shoemaker Construction Co. with 26 years of leadership experience in the construction industry providing executive management oversight. In her role with Shoemaker, Maura also acts in a leadership role as part of The Butz Family of Companies – an enterprise of construction companies which includes Shoemaker along with Alexander Building Construction Co. and Alvin H. Butz, Inc.
More importantly, Maura is tasked with ensuring overall project and corporate success as well as customer satisfaction. She facilitates teamwork between all disciplines of the project team and serves as the Owner’s executive level contact with Shoemaker. During her years in our industry, Maura has overseen the successful completion of 60 projects valued at more than $1 billion. Using this wealth of experience, she can help project teams deftly navigate potential challenges that might otherwise delay the Owner’s project or add unnecessary expenses to the budget. Her success managing and overseeing construction projects has earned her the respect of her colleagues.
Maura is actively engaged in several organizations both locally and nationally to develop an innovative and successful construction industry while working with community stakeholders to improve the lives and impact of local community institutions and residents. She was elected to the Associated General Contractors’ board in 2019-2020 and 2022-2024 and serves as a past AGC Building Division Chairman. Maura is also an executive committee member of the Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia, the country’s oldest trade guild and GBCA’s precursor organization.
Maura is also a regional leader in the pursuit of making the construction industry more accessible. In 2009, she co-founded a free day camp where school-aged girls are introduced to possible careers within the industry. In response to the camp’s growth, in 2018 Maura created the NAWIC Philadelphia Foundation to house the rebranded Mentoring Young Women in Construction (MyWIC) Philadelphia as well incorporate other student-based initiatives. Maura also works with entities such as Drexel University, The School District of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Authority to increase workforce development and diversity within the construction industry.
Away from work, Maura spends her time on home projects, reading, and traveling the world with her adult daughters.

Angelo Perryman is the second generation President and CEO of Perryman Construction a construction management firm based in Philadelphia. Perryman Construction was founded in 1954.
Perryman’s journey into entrepreneurship is the result of more than thirty five years experience as a superintendent, project manager and construction manager from two “Top 15” international construction firms. Angelo has successfully completed commercial and industrial projects in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Alaska.

John E. Healy IV (Sean), a seasoned executive in the construction industry, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Healy Long & Jevin, Inc (HLJ), where he steers the company’s financial strategies, construction operations, and client relations. With a wealth of experience, Sean previously held the position of Vice President of Operations, overseeing field operations, quality control, and labor relations.
Alongside his role at HLJ, Sean co-founded Monument Square Apartments, LLC and Monument Square 19th Street, LLC, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for property development. Prior to his current roles, Sean honed his management skills at MBNA Corporation.
Complementing his professional achievements, Sean is actively involved in various associations and boards, including serving as President of the Delaware Union Contractors Association and as a Trustee in multiple union organizations. He is also deeply committed to community service, holding leadership positions in neighborhood associations and charitable organizations. Sean’s dedication to excellence, coupled with his strategic vision and commitment to community, mark him as a respected leader in both the business and civic spheres.

As the grandson of Frank V. Radomski, Sr., the founder of Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Philip Radomski has spent most of his life around construction. Phil grew up in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, and then attended Spring Garden College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He then went on to work for his family’s business, where he is now the company’s Chairman.
Phil has excelled in the industrial, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and communications sectors of the construction industry. With longstanding clients such as Merck, Dow Chemical, Verizon, and DuPont, Frank V. Radomski & Sons is now celebrating over 100 years in business.
Phil has always considered himself to be a builder. His main focus is on teaching the next generation how to build. He is a firm believer that you cannot accurately manage a project if you do not know what you are building. Daily, he is able to solve difficult issues for clients using his background in building construction. He also uses his position as a trustee of the Carpenters Join Apprenticeship Committee to encourage the next generation of builders and leaders.

With over twenty years of preconstruction and trade specific experience, Craig Melograno owns and actively manages PDM Constructors, Inc. He is well-known in the tri-state area construction industry and has decades of close relationships with General Contractors and trade professionals. He helps guide the PDM team through this ever-changing and challenging industry and ensures that all projects are successfully delivered to meet customer needs and expectations.
Craig holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. In addition to serving on the board of the GBCA, he is also Chairman of Lower Gwynedd Township Planning Commission.
