Perryman Construction recently completed the superstructure for the Hilco redevelopment project, located in the bellwether district. This district is a new development distribution and industrial manufacturing center, part of Philadelphia growth and redevelopment initiative, and is set to become Philly’s new hub for e-commerce, life sciences, and logistics. It will be a global model of sustainable development and design, connecting the world’s seas, skies, rails, and roads to the people and businesses of Philadelphia. This project is expected to create nearly 20,000 permanent jobs over the next decade.
