We’re proud to share that Erin Dwyer Harvard, GBCA’s Director of Public Affairs, has been recognized by City & State Pennsylvania as a 2026 Government Relations Honoree.
As Director of Public Affairs for the General Building Contractors Association, Erin leads GBCA’s government and community relations efforts while advancing initiatives that promote the skilled trades through local school career fairs, online education, and industry outreach. She works closely with the administration of Cherelle Parker to support policies that increase housing production and expand opportunities for union construction across the region.
