On March 14, 2018 at 12pm, the GBCA Government Affairs Committee will host officials from the Philadelphia Department of Licensing and Inspections to provide updates on the projected 2018 rollout of the eCLIPSE online permitting software. The City projects the program to be in place by the end of the year. This new program will dramatically change the way permitting is handled in L&I.
