As you know by now, the new PA Mechanics Lien Law online registry (State Construction Notices Directory) has been active since December 29, 2016. This internet registry was designed to allow owners and contractors to electronically file notices in order to maintain certain protections under the Mechanics’ Lien Law of 1963 for projects valued at $1.5 million and above.
