Join the COAA-PA Chapter for its Fall Workshop scheduled on Wednesday, September 27 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. This year’s workshop promises to provide outstanding educational and networking opportunities for all attendees. As an added bonus, Brent Darnell is BACK to facilitate.
In addition to facilitator Brent Darnell and a tour of the CBEB project at PSU, we are pleased to announce that Dean Reed, a co-author of the new book Integrating Project Delivery, will provide his thoughts on the benefits of integration. His book offers the first comprehensive look at the integrated project delivery (IPD) system.
He will provide insights on the essential steps for integration and the key structural, process, technology and behavior components necessary to drive the behavioral change required to achieve high-performance projects. Dean is an advocate, organizer and educator for Lean and Integrated Project Delivery at DPR Construction.
The Workshop kicks off on the evening of September 26 with a networking reception followed by a full day of dynamic educational sessions on September 27 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center–reserve your spot today!
