Roma Steel Erection, Inc. was established in 1973. Central Metals, Inc. was established in 1981. Founded by Joseph C. Giangulio and joined later by Russell Valerio, both have become the largest miscellaneous and ornamental metals fabricator and erector in the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas. “Quality with service has no substitute.” is their founder’s motto that they still live and work by today. Now, they have become a certified WBE company as Joseph’s daughters continued to run the business after his passing.
