Known for their preconstruction expertise and executing complex projects on time and within budget, they offer the largest estimating department in the region, and lead the market in advanced technologies and programs including BIM and Lean Construction.

They are the proud winner of multiple regional and national building excellence awards, including being named Construction Manager of the Year (seven times) by the Delaware Valley Subcontractor Association. They have successfully completed numerous significant construction projects in the Philadelphia area in the past two decades. Safety is a core value of the organization.  They are the winner of the GBCA 2015 Safety Award.  Additionally, they have two VPP Star Construction sites in the region, and have engaged in several successful OSHA Partnerships. As a leader in the community, they continue to set high standards for themselves and their subcontractors, and continue to actively participate with the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council.

Since 2005, Frank (Mack) Stulb has been the President of LF Driscoll. He started at LF Driscoll in 1984 and has over 35 years’ experience in pre-construction and construction management.  Mack was Chairman of the GBCA Board of Directors in 2013 and 2014.
