Congratulations to Daria Neri, a student in Drexel University’s Construction Management Program, for receiving the Consulting Constructors Council (CCC) Scholarship from the AGC Education and Research Foundation!

Daria is a pre-junior at Drexel University studying Construction Management who is very active in her Drexel community and construction community. She has always been interested in the idea of safety and the safety of others, especially when it comes to construction. She likes the communication and coordination aspect of construction, and is excited to learn even more about the industry. She is looking to transform the industry and watch it blossom for current and future members. Daria recently finished her first coop term with the City of Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections Department, and will begin her next coop term with Aimco in 2019.

About the AGC Education and Research Foundation Scholarship

Each year the AGC Education and Research Foundation offers undergraduate and graduate level scholarships to students enrolled in ABET or ACCE accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs. Over $10 million in scholarships have been awarded to more than 4,000 students attending colleges and universities across the country. Through endowments made by AGC members and supporters, as well as AGC Chapters, the Education and Research Foundation awards over 100 scholarships each year to students dedicated to pursuing a career in the construction industry.
