Office design is important to creating work spaces that are productive for staff and welcoming to clients. Diversified Lighting Associates used lighting to make its offices and showroom in the Bourse in Center City spectacular.

Diversified Lighting Associates, which reaches over 100 lighting manufacturers, recently added its showroom and office space in the Bourse building. Headquartered in Warminster, Pa., the engineering and architectural firm serves eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
“DLA wanted to build a space that was not just impressive but truly special. They did all of that and more. They were incredibly great to work with and I’m proud to say that I was a part of the team that worked on this project,” said Daniel Gummel, a broker with PernaFrederick Real Estate who helped DLA identify the Bourse building as its Center City home.
