Business Development (BD) is a big part of the success of AGC member companies. According to the 2016 SMPS survey for their Sell. Do. Win Business. Report, A/E/C firms are spending more money on BD than they were in the past. Comprised of BD professionals, seller-doers, and executives, the AGC of America BD Forum is a FREE resource to help AGC members increase the profitability and visibility of their firms by giving them access to best practices, insights into A/E/C trends, and avenues to connect and network with their peers. This Chapter-Only Best Practice Webinar will talk about the AGC BD Forum and help AGC Chapter staff understand how members could benefit from this resource. The webinar will also help AGC Chapter staff master the art of BD in order to help local chapters grow and boost their memberships.
