On Thursday, May 16, The Philadelphia Inquirer gathered over 200 people to celebrate the 2019 Family-Owned Business Awards, sponsored by GBCA Member Firstrust Bank, and PECO. Guests enjoyed a vibrant panel discussion, led by Business Writer, Diane Mastrull and awards ceremony honoring 40 award recipients in categories such as, Family-Business Leader of the Year, Minority-Owned Family Business, Innovation Excellence, and more.
The Family-Owned Business Awards program spotlights Family-Owned businesses who continue to grow and evolve in an ever-changing economy, while managing to stay true to their roots. The winners were selected based on their business success and accomplishments and their civic/community service.
