Rick Dolbow has joined Graboyes Commercial Window Company as estimator / project manager.  He will collaborate with the company’s clients, partners, and team members on projects involving storefront, curtainwall, and interior glazed partition products and systems as well as supporting its project management team. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Rick to Graboyes,” said owner / president Ellis Guiles.  “His experience as a District Council 21/Local 252 glazier combined with his experience in estimating and project managing will be a valuable addition to our team and will be a great enhancement to our growth and expansion initiatives.”

Dolbow has an extensive background in glazing fabrication, estimating, and project management. He most recently served as a project estimator and manager for Elite Glazing Designs in Philadelphia and has ten years of experience as a journeyperson for Glazier Local 252. He holds an associate’s degree from ITT Tech.
