The Navy Yard / Philadelphia, PA (February 20, 2017) – Graboyes Commercial Window Company today announced that Ellis Guiles, P.E., LEED AP, has assumed the role of owner / president. Guiles and his investment partners earlier this month acquired the company from previous owners Tricia Scott, John Scott, and company founder Terry Graboyes. The new entity is in the process of registering as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
John Scott, CPA, will continue to serve as chief operating officer. Guiles, a 35-year veteran of the building performance and construction industry, will provide the day-to-day leadership and overall strategic direction of the company.

Guiles joins Graboyes Commercial from Siemens Building Technologies, where he served as senior manager of sales and business development. A resident of Wayne, Pa., Guiles is a licensed professional engineer with an MBA in global product strategy and 35 years of experience in building performance, HVAC, and construction. Guiles has held positions in R&D, manufacturing, sales, distribution, business development, marketing, and general management.
