Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters’s Mike Hand, Assistant Executive-Secretary Treasurer, and Joe Lockley, Council Representative, Local 158, were honored by the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia at the Annual Benefit Reception & Auction. They were honored with a Distinguished Advocate Award for their role in providing Cianni Thornton, a child living in West Philadelphia, with a new wheelchair lift.
