South Philadelphia’s long-delayed Live! Hotel & Casino Philadelphia will be open and operating in 2020, according to developer Stadium Casino LLC.
Gilbane Building Company is the general contractor for the project. Demolition is scheduled to begin in December 2018, with construction beginning in 2019.
Estimated at $700 million, the stadium casino complex will be one of the most expensive construction projects in the city.
