The School District of Philadelphia and Shoemaker Construction Company (the Construction Manager) are soliciting bids for the roof replacement of the John L. Kinsey School located at 6501 Limekiln Pike in Philadelphia, PA.
All bid documents can be obtained electronically through Shoemaker Construction Co. (contact information below). Hard copies of the bid documents are available through the School District’s Office of Capital Programs (contact information below).
All sealed bid proposals shall be submitted to the School District’s Office of Capital Programs by March 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. Complete proposals shall adhere to ALL requirements as outlined in the bid documents.
A Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST at the John L. Kinsey School located at 6501 Limekiln Pike, Philadelphia, PA.
