Shoemaker Construction Co., part of The Butz Family of Companies, is pleased to announce the hiring of Eric Comp as Project Executive.

Comp brings more than 28 years of industry experience and has completed residential, higher education, and commercial projects in Greater Philadelphia totaling nearly $300 million. He has used proven methods to cut unnecessary costs, streamline operations, and increase productivity on construction projects.

He is a United States Navy veteran and was trained in Building Construction Technology at Harrisburg Area Community College. He has worked in construction as an estimating supervisor, project manager, and operations manager.

In his role as Project Executive, Comp will be responsible for ensuring overall project and corporate success and customer satisfaction. He will facilitate teamwork between all disciples on the project team and serve as the owner’s executive level contact with Shoemaker.
