The Signatory Contractors Association and The Building Trades of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey are hosting a free conference. GBCA is also sponsoring this event.

The conference will offer a unique look at the projected construction activity in the tri-state area and the challenges and opportunities for signatory contractors, trades, and project owners.
This half-day conference will feature distinguished speakers and workshops conducted by industry experts from sectors including city planning and development, engineering and design, transportation, law, finance, risk management, safety, marketing, education, and healthcare.
Presentations by: Temple University, The University of Pennsylvania, Cooper Health Care, OSHA, Philadelphia License and Inspection, Palm Built-Rite, Delaware River Port Authority, Mid-Atlantic Safety Council, Med-Tex Services, Design Build Institute of America, Philadelphia Energy Alliance, and SEPTA.
