Charter High School for Architecture and Design’s (CHAD) Annual Gala Champagne Breakfast is on Wednesday, June 26th this year. CHAD was founded as a Legacy project during the AIA National Convention in Philadelphia in 1999. This event is a critical fundraiser for this important Philadelphia institution, and is a wonderful networking event.

CHAD and the Business Advisory Council will be honoring this year the following inspiring individuals:

  • Alan Greenberger, FAIA, Department Head, Architecture, Design and Urbanism Drexel University, to receive the Designing Futures Design Award for his leadership in design and architecture
  • John Grady, President and CEO PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, to receive the Designing Futures Civic Award for fostering development that revitalize our neighborhoods.

In addition, a Designing Futures Legacy Award will be presented to L2P in memory of John Partridge, AIA.
