On Friday, April 20, the official groundbreaking ceremony of 11 Cooper took place in Camden, New Jersey. Torcon, Inc. is the Construction Manager for the $48 million residential development, which will offer 156 modern apartments on the Camden waterfront. Torcon Senior Vice President Michael Armento participated in the ceremony (pictured above).

Camden County Freeholder Jeff Nash, Camden Mayor Frank Moran, Congressman Donald Norcross and State Senator Nilsa Cruz-Perez were among the community leaders who celebrated the start of 11 Cooper apartments at the groundbreaking ceremony hosted by CP Residential.

 

CP Residential, which owns 11 Cooper, is a partnership between three The Michaels Organization, NFI, and GBCA member Conner Strong & Buckelew. John J. O’Donnell, President of The Michaels Organization, also addressed guests at the groundbreaking ceremony (pictured above).
