Frank comes to GBCA with over 17 years of field experience in the petro-chemical refining and industrial construction-related industries as a Union Boilermaker. He’s spent the last 10 years as an Industrial Health and Safety Manager in the industrial construction and petro chemical industries, heavy highway, and bridge construction.
