On June 18th, join DAG (The Design Advocacy Group) for a panel discussion on the landmark conversion of 1701 Market Street. Project leaders will share insights into the development, design, engineering, and construction process of transforming the iconic Center City office building into a premier multifamily residential destination.
Set to open in June 2025, the reimagined 18-story high-rise will offer 299 residential units with built-in workspaces, a year-round saltwater pool, cabanas, an outdoor lounge, a dog run, BBQ grills, a four-story parking garage with EV charging stations, and ground-floor retail space. The project, designed with a focus on wellness, preserves elements of the building’s historic limestone façade while introducing modern amenities and a striking new vertical profile.
This event offers a unique opportunity to hear firsthand about the challenges and lessons learned from one of Philadelphia’s major office-to-residential conversions. Light refreshments will be served. Registration is not required but is encouraged to assist with planning.
