For over 30 years, Anthony Naccarato has dedicated his career to Philadelphia consulting structural engineering firm O’Donnell & Naccarato. Founded in 1981, the firm specializes in both new and existing buildings, as well as facades and garages, including historic preservation. Joining the firm in 1988, Naccarato was named a partner in 2004 and assumed the helm in 2013. Under his leadership, the company has nearly doubled its footprint, from two offices to four, and 50 employees to 80. …

The world is constantly changing, and I don’t think any industry bodes well with companies staying the same. Be firm in your mission, but also open to the changes and new technologies that may face your industry and the workforce in general.
