Separate sealed Proposals for “Warrington Township – A New Police Station” shall be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Warrington Township, until 2:00 pm, prevailing local time, Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter in the Public Meeting Room of the Warrington Township Administration Building, 852 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976 (Bucks County).
All documents and solicitation details and Bidding Documents will be available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net) after 3:00 PM (Prevailing Local Time) Monday, June 24, 2019.
The Prime Construction Contracts are as follows: General, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Sitework (note: Sitework Contract was bid separately, and is not part of this bid package).
A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 10:00 am, at the Warrington Township Administration Building. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
Proposals must be submitted on the forms included on the bidding documents and must be accompanied by bid security, and all required documentation in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
The right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
