Developer Brandywine Realty Trust has released the renderings of the new Schuylkill Yards Towers. The two towers, reaching over 300 and 500 feet high, were designed by architects Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU) and will be mixed-use, with office, retail, and residential spaces.
Design and architecture critics are already praising the new design, particularly the red coloring, which some argue is modern, but reminiscent of brick.
