Buckley & Company, Inc. to Work on Cap over 1-95 at Penn’s Landing Project

This spring, Buckley & Company, Inc. will begin to work on the cap project over 1-95 at Penn’s Landing. This $329 million dollar project will connect Old City with the Delaware River by an 11.5-acre grassy park on a cap over 1-95 at Penn’s Landing.
