On December 18, 2021, Clemens Construction Company, Inc. celebrated the topping off of the LVL North project at 510 North Broad Street. The topping off was marked by the installation of the last modular box of the building. Clemens Construction Company is building the project in a joint venture with Volumetric Building Construction.
