Clemens Construction has just completed the final touches on Ziehler Playground, in collaboration with Rebuild PHL. This project saw the collective efforts of a skilled team of designers and trade partners, who worked tirelessly to breathe new life into this 7.1-acre site. The efforts included the installation of stormwater management BMPs, modern playground equipment, safety surfaces, seating areas, as well as the construction of asphalt, concrete, and basketball courts. Additionally, they accomplished a comprehensive remodel of the existing 3,800 sq. ft. Recreation Center.
Rebuild is a $500 million investment in Philadelphia’s neighborhood parks, recreation centers, and libraries across the city.
