The United Brotherhood of Carpenters International Training Center (ITC) will host several Collaborative Leadership training sessions throughout 2026 at its training facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Through the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, this opportunity is being extended to industry partners and contractors that are signatory with the union to participate in this leadership training at no cost.
The program is designed to strengthen leadership, collaboration, and communication across construction teams and is open to a wide range of roles, including:
• Foremen and General Foremen
• Safety Managers
• Project Managers and Estimators
• Superintendents
• Company Owners
Training Dates:
- June 29, 2026 – July 1, 2026
- August 31, 2026 – September 2, 2026
- October 12, 2026 – October 14, 2026
