The City of Philadelphia is launching the Philadelphia Business Tax Preparation Program, providing small businesses with free local, state, and federal tax preparation services. This initiative will help entrepreneurs recent changes to the City’s tax structure, including the elimination of the $100,000 BIRT exemption.
The program will be administered by the Department of Commerce and is designed to support businesses earning $250,000 or less in revenue.
