The Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR), American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), The Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP), and The Laborers’ Health & Safety Fund of North America (LHSFNA) have teamed up to provide a webinar on Suicide Prevention in the Construction Industry.

Dr. Amber Trueblood from CPWR will begin the webinar by presenting findings on trends in suicide and mental health in the construction industry. Following this, representatives from CPWR and The Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention will discuss how employers can foster a Culture of Care in the workplace, focusing on preventing suicide, intervening during crises, and supporting those affected by suicide. The webinar will conclude with resources and information from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention AFSP, CPWR, and CIASP, along with a Q&A session.
